I was certain, my failures had nothing to do with the type of business I was undertaking. So I started asking questions to successful entrepreneurs, executives, millionaires and anyone who would be willing to share their perspective. I began reading books and listening to podcasts.
After devouring more than 60 books, listening to over 1200 podcasts and learning from the most brilliant entrepreneurs the answers were found in science, psychology of our mind and what shapes our belief systems. I learnt that, yes, strategies are important, yes, the right tactics are crucial, but none of these things matter if your entire decision making framework - your thoughts, beliefs and mindset are not geared for entrepreneurship.
